目的:对甲状腺肿瘤干细胞的发现、鉴定识别、与肿瘤的关系进行探讨,为甲状腺肿瘤的诊断与治疗提供一些新的思路。结果:甲状腺癌组织中存在甲状腺肿瘤干细胞,目前可以通过一定的方法鉴别并分离甲状腺肿瘤干细胞。甲状腺肿瘤干细胞在甲状腺肿瘤的启动、复发、转移以及肿瘤的抗放化疗中均有作用,促进肿瘤的发生发展,是肿瘤耐药的原因之一。甲状腺肿瘤干细胞的研究,为甲状腺肿瘤的治疗与诊断提供了一些新的思路,如阻断肿瘤干细胞增殖转移的信号通路,诱导肿瘤干细胞向甲状腺样细胞分化及再生。结论:肿瘤干细胞目前已成为肿瘤病因研究的热点。甲状腺肿瘤干细胞与甲状腺肿瘤的发生、转移以及肿瘤的治疗息息相关,但是否可以通过抑制或根除肿瘤干细胞来治疗甲状腺肿瘤需要深入研究。这些新的视野将有望为难治性和侵袭性的甲状腺肿瘤治疗带来新突破。
Objective: To investigate the discovery, identification and identification of thyroid cancer stem cells and their relationship with tumors, and provide some new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid tumors. RESULTS: Thyroid cancer stem cells existed in thyroid cancer tissues. At present, thyroid cancer stem cells can be identified and isolated by certain methods. Thyroid cancer stem cells play a role in the initiation, recurrence, metastasis of thyroid tumors and anti-radiotherapy of tumors, and promote the occurrence and development of tumors, which is one of the reasons for tumor resistance. The study of thyroid cancer stem cells provides some new ideas for the treatment and diagnosis of thyroid tumors, such as blocking the signal pathway of tumor stem cell proliferation and metastasis, and inducing differentiation and regeneration of cancer stem cells into thyroid-like cells. Conclusion: Cancer stem cells have become a hot topic in the study of tumor etiology. Thyroid cancer stem cells are closely related to the occurrence and metastasis of thyroid tumors and the treatment of tumors. However, whether thyroid tumors can be treated by inhibiting or eradicating cancer stem cells needs further study. These new perspectives are expected to bring new breakthroughs in the treatment of refractory and invasive thyroid tumors.
