目的探讨海螵蛸的一般药理作用,为临床用药提供实验依据。方法海螵蛸灌胃给药后,观察海螵蛸对小鼠自发活动和对戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量致小鼠睡眠时间的影响以及观察猫在麻醉状态下,海螵蛸对其血压、心电图和呼吸的影响。结果海螵蛸24、12和6g/kg剂量灌胃给药对小鼠一般行为、自发活动、协调运动、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠和睡眠时间无明显影响;剂量为14.4、7.2和3.6g/kg时对麻醉猫的血压、心率、呼吸频率、呼吸幅度等各项生理指标亦无显著影响。结论一般药理作用研究表明,海螵蛸在实验剂量下,对动物心血管系统、呼吸系统及中枢神经系统均无明显影响。
Objective To investigate the general pharmacological effects of sea slugs and provide experimental evidence for clinical use. Methods After the sea urchins were administered intragastrically, the effects of sea slugs on the spontaneous activity of mice and the sleep time induced by subthreshold doses of pentobarbital sodium in mice were observed, and the effects of sea slugs on the blood pressure , ECG and respiratory effects. Results The intragastric administration of 24, 12 and 6g / kg dose did not affect the general behavior, spontaneous activity, coordination movement, subthreshold hypnosis and sleep time in mice. The doses were 14.4, 7.2 and 3.6g / kg anesthetized cats blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, respiratory rate and other physiological indicators also had no significant effect. CONCLUSIONS: The general pharmacological studies have shown that sea buckthorn has no significant effect on animal cardiovascular system, respiratory system and central nervous system at experimental dose.
