目的:探讨生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的临床应用。方法:随机选取2012年1月~2014年1月就诊的糖尿病患者150例作为研究组,另外随机选择进行身体检查的健康人员150例作为对照组,进行空腹血糖、血脂和糖耐受实验,探讨生化检验在糖尿病诊断中的临床应用价值。结果:两组人员在GLU、TC、TG、LDL-C上进行比较,糖尿病患者的比例比健康人群的比例大,差异显著,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。其次,在糖耐受检验下,糖尿病人的耐受力比健康人低。结论:血糖、血脂,以及糖耐受生化检验,为糖尿病的初步诊断提供了必要的依据,临床应用价值高,值得推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical application of biochemical tests in the diagnosis of diabetes. Methods: One hundred and fifty cases of diabetic patients from January 2012 to January 2014 were randomly selected as the study group. Another 150 healthy volunteers were randomly selected as the control group to carry out fasting blood glucose, lipids and glucose tolerance test Clinical Application of Biochemical Tests in the Diagnosis of Diabetes. Results: The comparison of GLU, TC, TG and LDL-C showed that the proportion of patients with diabetes was higher than that of healthy people (P <0.05), and there was statistical significance. Conclusion: The blood glucose, lipids, and biochemical tests of glucose tolerance provide the necessary basis for the initial diagnosis of diabetes. The clinical application is worthy of promotion.
