磁流体作为一种机能性流体具有屈服应力高,不需要高电压且使用温度范围广,对流体中的水及杂物不敏感等特点。用这种流体制成的减振器具有阻尼力快速可调的优点。本文在比较了磁流体与电流体特点的基础上,试验研究了试制的磁流体减振器的阻尼力特性。结果表明这种磁流体减振器的反应迅速,能适用于振动系统的实时控制。
Magnetic fluid as a functional fluid with high yield stress, does not require high voltage and the use of a wide temperature range, the water and debris in the fluid insensitive and so on. Shock absorbers made with this fluid have the advantage of a rapidly adjustable damping force. In this paper, based on the comparison of the characteristics of the magnetic fluid and the electric fluid, the damping force characteristics of the prototype magnetic fluid damper are experimentally studied. The results show that the magnetic fluid shock absorber response quickly, can be applied to the vibration system for real-time control.
