龙特浦A (简称特A)的配合力好、异交率高 ,所配的组合杂种优势强、产量高 ,深受农民欢迎。但特A的不育性不稳定 ,所配杂种纯度低 ,应用潜力受到限制。经遗传改良育成了不育性稳定且基本保持特A优良特性的T5 5A和T77A (简称TA)。本研究以特A (B)和TA (B)为材料 ,分析了特A不育性不稳定性的遗传。结果表明 ,特A不育性不稳定性主要受若干个主基因控制 ,其中T5 5A稳定的不育性对特A不稳定的不育性呈不完全显性 ,涉及 2对表现积加作用的基因 ;而T77A稳定的不育性对特A不稳定的不育性呈完全显性 ,涉及 2对表现重叠作用的基因。相对简单的遗传基础有利于对特A的遗传改良。
Longte Pu A (referred to as special A) with good ability, high rate of out-crossing, with a combination of heterosis, high yield, welcomed by farmers. However, special A sterility instability, with low hybrid purity, limited potential applications. The genetic modification has resulted in the development of sterile T5 5A and T77A (referred to as TA) with excellent sterility. In this study, special A (B) and TA (B) were used as materials to analyze the inheritance of sterility instability. The results showed that the sterility of sterility A was mainly controlled by several major genes. Among them, the stable sterility of T5 5A was not completely dominant to the instability of sterility A, which involved two pairs of performance additive effects While the stable sterility of T77A was completely dominant to the unstable sterility of A and involved two pairs of genes that showed overlapping effects. The relatively simple genetic basis favors the genetic improvement of Te A.
