在电化学处理中,活性炭常被用来作为催化物质赖以沉积的载体。活性炭由于表面积大,有特殊的孔隙结构、特殊的表面化学特性,因而具有活性。当前,活性炭作为镍催化剂的载体用于油脂氢化或石油提炼尚很少。石油工业主要利用有载体的催化剂进行加氢精制,加氢处理、加氢裂化以及氢化反应,本文目的是开发一种载于活性炭的镍催化剂,使用于油脂氢化和石油精炼。
Activated carbon is often used as a support for the deposition of catalytic materials in electrochemical processes. Activated carbon because of its large surface area, a special pore structure, special surface chemical properties, and therefore active. Currently, activated carbon as a nickel catalyst carrier for the hydrogenation of oil or petroleum refining is still very small. The petroleum industry mainly utilizes supported catalysts for hydrotreating, hydrotreating, hydrocracking and hydrogenation reactions. The purpose of this paper is to develop a nickel catalyst supported on activated carbon for hydrogenation of fats and oils and petroleum refining.
