目的对医学酶联免疫测定中所出现的非特异性反应原因进行分析和探讨,并对其应对措施进行了总结和讨论。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月这一时间段内所应用的酶联免疫测定为研究对象,并对其所出现的非特异性反应进行了调查和原因分析。结果在所调查的20000例酶联免疫测定实验中,其中出现非特异性反应的有7340例,非特异性反应发生率为36.7%;结论由于各种酶联免疫吸附试验之所以会出现一系列的非特异性反应,原因就在于所应用的试剂盒在质量方面有着一定的区别、被测物体中的各项因素,如外源性因素和内源性因素,两大影响因素对实验结果的准确性有着重要的意义;应对措施:加强检验工作人员的专业技能及业务操作能力、责任意识也就显得尤为重要,在检测过程中尽量的减少在加样、洗板、结果判断等过程中的人为误操作而造成的误差,从而有效确保将酶联免疫测定中的非特异性反应的影响降到最低,从而实现测定结果的准确性和可靠性,同时也确保了血液质量的安全。“,”Objective The reasons of nonspecific reaction in the enzyme immunoassay were analyzed and discussed, and the countermeasures were summarized and discussed.Methods The enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used in the period of ~2015 in January, January 2014, and the non-specific reaction was investigated and analyzed.Results In the 20000 cases of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, there were 7340 cases of nonspecific reactions, and the incidence rate was 36.7%.Conclusion Due to the variety of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay has a nonspecific response to a series of, the reason lies in the kit which is applied to a certain difference, the factors measured in the object in terms of quality, such as exogenous and endogenous factors, plays an important role in the accuracy of two major influence factors on the experimental results countermeasures:strengthen inspection; staff awareness of professional skills and operation ability, responsibility is particularly important, the error in the detection process as much as possible to reduce human errors in the sample, washing plate, etc. in the process of judging the results caused by, so as to effectively ensure that will affect the nonspecific reaction enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay the lowest, in order to achieve the accuracy and reliability of test results, but also to ensure that the quality of blood safety.
