现代篮球运动越发具有速度快、高强度、高对抗性特点,从而注定了篮球运动员伤病率的高发。然而膝伤一直高居运动损伤的第一位,长期困扰着运动员,影响其日常训练和教练员训练计划的部署。正确了解膝关节损伤的原因和预防措施,对于降低或避免膝伤以及多种训练计划的实施具有重要作用。
Modern basketball more and more with fast, high strength, high confrontational features, which destined to high incidence of basketball players injury. However, knee injuries have always been the highest among sports injuries and have plagued athletes for a long time, affecting their routine training and coaching plan. Correct understanding of the causes of knee injuries and preventive measures plays an important role in reducing or avoiding knee injuries and the implementation of various training programs.
