近十几年来,国内、外辐射育种工作发展很快,瑞典、日本、美国、意大利和印度等国利用辐射育种的方法成功地培育水稻、小麦、烟草与油料作物新品种,我国东北地区己广泛采用辐射育种方法培育大豆新品种,不但增加了产量,而且不同程度地提高了含油量。 本试验采用辐射育种方法;用~(60)Co—r射线辐射油莎草块茎,探讨油莎草块茎当代变异的新类型,为选种、育种工作提供依据。
Over the past decade or so, domestic and foreign radiation breeding work has developed rapidly. Countries such as Sweden, Japan, the United States, Italy, and India have succeeded in cultivating new varieties of rice, wheat, tobacco and oil crops by using radiation breeding methods. Northeast China has become extensive Radiation breeding methods to cultivate new varieties of soybean, not only increased production, but to varying degrees, increased oil content. Radiation breeding method was used in this experiment. Radix setae tuber was irradiated with ~ (60) Co-r rays to explore the new type of contemporary variation of tuberous oleander tubercle, which provided the basis for selection and breeding.
