随着农村经济政策的日益完善和人民生活水平的不断提高,柑桔生产已迅速地发展起来,并成为我国的重要水果出口品。同时也随着我市对外开放工作的需要,确保柑桔商品质量,树立外销信誉,科研和商业部门不仅要对柑桔果实进行经济性状的鉴评和物理性状的测定,更重要的要对果实的化学成份含量进行测定。目前测定的方法有两种:一种是复杂测定法;一种是简易测定法,该法不经过水解过程。对这两种测定法是否有差异,笔者于1984年冬做了这方面的试验,以供今后工作中选用。
