本文以苦杏仁甙4mg/20g 体重及7mg/20g 体重经皮下给予小鼠,给药6次后参入(~3H)胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR),经放射自显影计数肝细胞、枯否细胞、肾小管上皮细胞之标记细胞以及分裂期细胞,算出标记指数(LI)及分裂指数(MI))与对照组比较,肝细胞、枯否细胞之两个用药组与对照组间差异均为非常显著(P<0.01)本实验显示苦杏仁甙对小鼠肝细胞及枯否细胞增生有明显促进作用。
In this article, amygdalin (4mg/20g body weight) and 7mg/20g body weight were administered subcutaneously to mice.
