目的分享县级医院开展经皮肾镜碎石术的开展经验。方法我院作为县级医院通过院级领导及医务工作的共同努力下积极与上级医院密切合作,采取派送医生到大医院学习,请专家到县级医院扶持等措施顺利开展的经皮肾镜碎石术,以下阐述具体经验交流。结果通过“走出去、请进来”的相互学习模式下我院一年时间的顺利开展了经皮肾镜碎石术,所有本院实施的手术非常顺利,无一例患者出现并发症。结论胆大细心、不断与同行学习、优化同行间的关系等措施提高新技术的掌握及开展进展。 Objective To share the experiences of percutaneous nephrolithotomy in county hospitals.
