针对目前机械信号复杂性定量评估的研究现状 ,充分考虑信号采样频率、转子转速、振幅、高频噪声对指标评估结果的影响 ,提出一种适用范围更广 ,描述方法更加精确 ,在线实现能力更强的信号复杂性刻划方法 ,成功地实现了回转机组运行状态的快速定量评估。试验结果表明 ,该方法有效、可靠 ,完全可以用于机组运行状态的在线监测
In view of the current research status of the quantitative assessment of mechanical signal complexity, the influences of signal sampling frequency, rotor speed, amplitude and high frequency noise on the evaluation results of indicators are fully considered. A new method is proposed which has a wider range of application, a more precise description method, Strong signal complexity scoring method, the successful realization of the rotating unit running fast quantitative assessment. The test results show that the method is effective and reliable and can be used for on-line monitoring of unit operating status
