目的通过对营口市某公司聚酯薄膜项目应用的料位计进行职业病危害控制效果(放射防护)评价,了解料位计使用中的辐射水平与防护现状。方法依据国家相关标准,调查和分析料位计使用过程中存在的放射性危害因素、放射防护设施、放射管理制度等内容,并对放射性工作场所辐射水平进行现场的检测,检测项目为X/γ射线周围剂量当量率。结果料位计周围5 cm处剂量率范围为0.24~0.91μSv/h,料位计周围1 m处剂量率范围为0.23~0.62μSv/h,符合国家标准要求;从事料位计巡检维护的6名放射工作人员的适任性评价均为可从事放射工作;该项目电仪部工作人员年有效剂量估算值约为0.02 m Sv,年有效剂量低于本项目建议的管理目标值;建设单位委托有资质的机构进行个人剂量监测。结论该公司料位计的放射防护措施、放射监测结果等均符合相关法律、法规的规定和标准的要求,正常生产后建设项目的职业病防治效果可达到预期控制水平,能够满足预防和控制职业病危害的需要,合理可行,职业病防护设施已达到竣工验收的条件。
