有一个生产质量一贯比较好的工人出了一批废品,损失很大。这批产品已生产了一个多月,其中经过工人自验,中间检验和成品验收,都没有发现问题,直到最后装配时才发觉是废品,毛病都出在同一部位上。我们经过实物分析,找操作者谈话,又检查了工艺图纸,核对了模具,终于找到了出废品的原因。原来这一产品中的一个零件的上下两个端面,尺寸大小一样,几何形状相同,就是零件内部的设计要求不同,操作者错把下端面当作上端面,致使整批产品全部报废。
A worker with a consistently good quality of production had a lot of scrap and lost a lot. This batch of products has been produced for more than a month, among which, after workers’ self-inspection, intermediate inspection and finished product acceptance, no problems were discovered. It was not until the final assembly that they were found to be waste products, and the problems were all on the same site. After physical analysis, we went to the operator to talk, checked the process drawings, checked the molds, and finally found out the reasons for the waste. The upper and lower end faces of a part in this product are the same in size and geometry, that is, the design requirements of the parts are different. The operator mistakes the lower end face as the upper end face, resulting in the entire batch of products being scrapped.
