为选育高光效的刺葡萄品种,以16份野生刺葡萄资源的枝条为接穗,高接于以SO4为基砧的6年生红地球葡萄植株上,以红地球葡萄为对照,对不同刺葡萄类型的光合特性进行研究。研究结果表明:不同类型的刺葡萄种质资源光合特性差异明显,浏阳刺葡萄雄株和白刺葡萄净光合速率最大;叶片中叶绿素含量与净光合速率密切相关,且对净光合速率影响最为显著是叶绿素b的含量;不同类型的刺葡萄资源其暗呼吸速率不同,芷江Co60辐射刺葡萄属低消耗型刺葡萄种质;净光合速率与蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度呈正相关,而与气孔导度无显著性相关。通过对光合特性进行综合评价,白刺葡萄属高光合效率型、高光能利用率型和高水分利用效率型;芷江Co60辐射刺葡萄属叶绿素a、b积累型,CO2高利用型和水分高利用型,低消耗型种质资源。
In order to breed the high light efficiency spur grape varieties, 16 branches of wild prickly grapes resources were taken as the scion, then the 6-year-old red globe grape plants which rooted in SO4 were picked up.
