本文研究了热处理工艺对冷挤压成型塑料模具钢(LJ钢)组织和性能的影响。LJ钢热处理后表面的高硬度和高耐磨性与心部良好的强韧性,是由于实现了高浓度渗碳,并在心部得到了粒状贝氏体组织。
In this paper, the effects of heat treatment on the microstructure and properties of cold-extruded plastic mold steel (LJ steel) were studied. The high hardness and high wear resistance of the LJ steel after heat treatment and the good toughness of the core are due to the high concentration of carburizing and the grainy bainite structure in the core.
