目的探讨血清抵抗素和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)与T2DM大血管病变的关系。方法测定T2DM合并大血管病变(MVC)组、未合并大血管病变(T2DM)组及健康对照(NC)组的血清抵抗素、MMP-2和血清血管性血友病因子(vWF)水平。结果 T2DM组血清抵抗素、MMP-2、vWF水平高于NC组(P<0.01或P<0.05),MCV组较T2DM组升高(P<0.01)。多元逐步回归分析显示,MMP-2与SBP、vWF、LDL-C、HbA1c呈正相关(β=0.473、0.187、0.180、0.156,P<0.01或P<0.05);抵抗素与vWF、MMP-2、FPG呈正相关(β=0.486、0.351、0.189,P<0.01或P<0.05)。vWF与LDL-C、抵抗素、HbA1c、病程呈正相关(β=0.353、0.284、0.377、0.235,P<0.01)。结论血清抵抗素和MMP-2与T2DM大血管并发症相关。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum resistin and matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and T2DM macroangiopathy. Methods The levels of serum resistin, MMP-2 and vWF in T2DM patients with macrovascular disease (MVC), non-complicated macroangiopathy (T2DM) and healthy controls (NC) were determined. Results The levels of serum resistin, MMP-2 and vWF in T2DM group were significantly higher than those in NC group (P <0.01 or P <0.05), while those in MCV group were higher than those in T2DM group (P <0.01). Multivariate stepwise regression analysis showed that MMP-2 was positively correlated with SBP, vWF, LDL-C and HbA1c (β = 0.473,0.187,0.180,0.156, P <0.01 or P < FPG was positively correlated (β = 0.486,0.351,0.189, P <0.01 or P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between vWF and LDL-C, resistin and HbA1c (β = 0.353,0.284,0.377,0.235, P <0.01). Conclusion Serum resistin and MMP-2 are associated with macrovascular complications in T2DM.
