本文对WC-Co硬质合金胶结相晶畴(γ晶粒)的显示和形态结构特征以及淬火处理前后合金的γ晶粒和力学性能之间的联系进行了实验研究。结果表明,通过电解腐蚀和化学浸蚀可以有效地直接显示出WC-Co合金的γ晶粒;硬质合金中钴胶结相晶粒是β-Co(立方型)单相晶粒;WC-Co硬质合金淬火处理后抗弯强度的提高是由于γ晶粒的细化、相对数量的增加和分布均匀化的结果。
In this paper, the relationship between the appearance and morphology of WC-Co cemented carbide phase domains (γ grains) and the γ grains and mechanical properties of the alloy before and after quenching treatment were studied. The results show that the γ grains of WC-Co alloy can be effectively and directly displayed by electrolytic corrosion and chemical etching. The cobalt-bonded grains in the cemented carbide are single-phase grains of β-Co (cubic) The increase of flexural strength after cemented carbide quenching is due to the refinement of γ grains, the increase of the relative amount and the homogenization of the distribution.
