一个现代化的大型煤炭企业,在建设过程中,没有强势的安全文化建设管理制度,是无法实现企业长治久安和做强做大的目标。本文结合自己的工作经历,围绕企业安全文化建设在精神领域、管理制度、行为规范三大块浅析煤炭企业如何确立安全生产核心理念,筑牢安全生产精神防线,形成企业“大安全”格局,实现企业长治久安。
A modern large-scale coal enterprise does not have a strong management system of safety culture in the process of construction. It is a goal that enterprises can not achieve long-term peace and stability and become bigger and harder. This article combines my own work experience, around the three areas of the enterprise safety culture construction in the spirit of the field, management system, code of conduct on how to establish the core concept of safety in coal production, build a spiritual safety line of production safety, the formation of “big security” Pattern, to achieve long-term business security.
