目的:评价球周注射凝胶聚合物加固手术对青少年变性近视的临床疗效。方法:前瞻性病例对照研究。收集2014年5月至2016年5月青少年变性近视41例(41只眼),随机分为临床试验组20例(20只眼),行球周注射凝胶聚合物加固手术;对照组,21例(21只眼)验配框架眼镜,术后随访12个月,观察两组治疗效果。结果:术后1个月和3个月:试验组的裸眼视力(logMAR)为0.44±0.16和0.45±0.17;最佳矫正视力(logMAR)为0.09±0.07和0.11±0.09,均优于对照组的0.86±0.20、0.89±0.19, 0.27±0.20、0.32±0.21;试验组眼轴长度为(26.05±1.19)mm和(26.19±1.18)mm,屈光度为(8.04±2.04)D和(8.07±2.23)D,对照组眼轴长度和屈光度分别为(27.77±1.28)mm、(27.92±1.26)mm,(8.60±2.29)D、(8.63±2.31)D,试验组均低于对照组(n P0.05)。n 结论:球周注射凝胶聚合物加固手术治疗青少年变性近视的短期效果良好,但其远期疗效及是否需反复注射等问题有待研究。“,”Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of sclera-fortifying injection with collagen polymer for degenerative myopia in the adolescents.Methods:In this prospective case-control study, a total of 41 eyes of 41 teenagers with degenerative myopia in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from May 2014 to May 2016 were collected. All cases were randomly divided into two groups. In the clinical trial group, 20 eyes of 20 cases were treated with sclera-fortifying injection with collagen polymer. And in the control group, frame glasses were used on 21 eyes of 21 cases. The follow-up time was 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. The efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results:At 1 and 3 months after surgery, the UCVA (logMAR) of the trial group were 0.44±0.16, 0.45±0.17, and the BCVA (logMAR) were 0.09±0.07, 0.11±0.09, respectively. UCVA and BCVA in the control group were 0.86±0.20, 0.89±0.19, and 0.27±0.20, 0.32±0.21, respectively. The ocular axis and the diopter at 1 and 3 months after surgery were (26.05±1.19) mm, (26.19±1.18) mm, (8.04±2.04) D, (8.07±2.23) D in the trial group and (27.77±1.28) mm, (27.92±1.26) mm, (8.60±2.29) D, (8.63±2.31) D in the control group. The differences were statistically significant between the two groups (n P0.05).n Conclusion:Sclera-fortifying injection with collagen polymer is effective for degenerative myopia in the adolescents. However, long-term effects after sclera-fortifying injection and the necessity of repeat injection are undefined.
