对零件在数控加工中心上的柔性定位问题进行了讨论,提出基于CAD模型和TTP接触触发式测头)测头测量的三维自由曲面的姿态匹配定位计算方法,并利用曲面主曲率特性对初始迭代区间的确定进行了研究。该算法具有较少的迭代变量.初始迭代区间缩小,初步分析结果表明具有较好的收敛性和较快的迭代收敛速度。
The flexible positioning of the part on the CNC machining center is discussed. The calculation method of the position matching of three-dimensional freeform surface based on CAD model and TTP touch trigger probe is proposed.
