新沟地区新沟嘴组烃源岩中伽马蜡烷含量存在明显差异,据此可将研究区烃源岩分为3种类型:咸水环境烃源岩中伽马蜡烷/C30藿烷值大于1;半咸水环境烃源岩中伽马蜡烷/C30藿烷值介于0.5~1.0;微咸水环境烃源岩中伽马蜡烷/C_(30)藿烷值小于0.5。新一区和新二区原油均来自于本地区半咸水环境烃源岩。新一区有效烃源岩TOC和S_1+S_2平均值分别为2.95%和23.09mg/g,且有机质类型以I和Ⅱ1型为主,具有很好的生油潜力,且有机质丰度和类型明显优于新一区咸水和微咸水环境烃源岩。新二区有效烃源岩TOC和S_1+S_2平均值分别为1.91%和11.32mg/g,有机质类型以Ⅱ1型为主,生烃条件明显好于新二区咸水和微咸水环境烃源岩。
