It took 10 years for Phoenix TV’s chairman and chief executive officer Liu Changle to create a “three-not-like” television station. - Hong Kong people do not look like Hong Kong television stations. Taiwanese people do not look like Taiwanese television stations. Not like the mainland television station Phoenix TV. But unexpectedly, Phoenix TV is now the most influential global brand in the Chinese media.
