目的 观察中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效.方法 难治性肾病综合征67例 ,对照组 37例予以激素经典疗法加免疫抑制剂及对症治疗 ;治疗组 30例 ,在对照组治疗基础上 ,加用程氏萆分清饮加味及地塞米松静脉冲击疗法.同时检测 2组治疗前后 2 4H尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血脂、肾功能、血流变学、血小板聚集率.结果 治疗组总有效率为 93.4%,对照组为51.3%,治疗组治疗后检测指标均显著改善 (P均 0 .0 5).结论 中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效确切.“,”Objective To analyze clinical effect of combination of TCM and Western medicine on refractory nephritic syndrome. Methods 67 patients of refractory nephritic syndrome were allocated to control group (n=37), which was treated by methods of routine hormone and immunosuppressant and treatment group (n=30), which was treated by combination of routine method Bixie Fenqing drink .In both groups patients' urinary protein, plasma albuminura, blood lipid, renal, hemorrheology and platelet aggregation rate were analyzed. Results The total effective rate was significantly higher in treatment group (93.4%) compared with those in control group (51.3%,P<0.01). Conclusions Combination of TCM and Western medicine can effectively treat on refractory nephritic syndrome.
