目前尚无常规方法观察支气管肺淋巴系统的功能状态。纵隔间接淋巴扫描图(LMI)可提供形态学的资料,具有定位的价值,并能确定支气管肺淋巴液的移动速度和方向。操作方法:在支气管纤维镜的观察下,将~(99)TC(2μCu)标记的铼(rhe’nium)硫化微胶溶液1ml 注射于左下叶支气管的管壁上。该溶液沿淋巴管扩散,其固定于淋巴结的清晰度和速度与淋巴组织的功能相关。因此,在8小时内,通过γ-照相机的检查,可每小时观察胸部情况。在生理状态下,自肺门至锁骨上区,可见多组淋巴结显影。在病理状态下,则可见多种异常改变。于
There is no routine method to observe the functional status of the bronchopulmonary lymph system. The mediastinal indirect lymphogram (LMI) provides morphological data, is of value for localization, and determines the speed and direction of movement of bronchopulmonary lymph. Method of operation: Under observation of bronchial fiberoptic microscopy, 1 ml of rhe'nium-cured microgel solution marked with ~(99)TC (2μCu) was injected on the wall of the left lower lobar bronchus. The solution spreads along lymphatic vessels, and its sharpness and speed of fixation to lymph nodes is related to the function of lymphatic tissue. Therefore, the chest condition can be observed every hour by the γ-camera inspection within 8 hours.
