教育是一门艺术,教育学生则是一种艺术的创作活动。怎样让学生信服教师,自觉听从教师的教导?笔者认为可以从以下几方面入手。一、关爱学生,注意师生的情感交流教师要以精炼准确的语言,丰富的表情,恰当的动作,激发学生的求知欲望:赞许的目光能增强学生信心,亲切的微笑能让学生感到温暖,由此营造一种生动和谐的课堂气氛,让学生在轻松愉悦中接受知识信息。 Education is an art and education of students is an artistic creative activity. How can students be convinced of teachers and consciously listen to the teacher’s teaching? The author believes that the following aspects can be started. First, caring for students and paying attention to the emotional communication between teachers and students. Teachers should use refined and accurate language, rich expressions, and appropriate actions to stimulate students’ desire for knowledge. Appreciative eyes can enhance students’ confidence. A friendly smile can make students feel warm. This creates a lively and harmonious classroom atmosphere that allows students to receive knowledge information in a relaxed and happy manner.
