目的：探讨细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅱ（cytochrome oxidase subunit Ⅱ）在无线粒体DNA（mitochondrial DNA，mtDNA）肝癌细胞系及亲本细胞系中DNA、RNA及蛋白水平的表达。方法：通过southern blotting、RT—PCR、Northern blotting、Western blotting来检测细胞色素氧化酶Ⅱ的表达。结果：细胞色素氧化酶亚基Ⅱ在无线粒体DNA肝癌细胞系中DNA、RNA、蛋白水平上无表达。结论：细胞色素氧化酶Ⅱ在无线粒体DNA肝癌细胞中较之
