对台阶齿-蜂窝衬套篦齿封严结构的泄漏特性和风阻特性进行数值模拟,得到流体的泄漏特性和风阻特性随转速、压比、节流间隙和蜂窝结构参数的变化规律。结果表明:泄漏流体风阻生热总温升随转速和蜂窝单元直径的增大而增大,随压比和节流间隙的增大而减小;蜂窝深度对风阻生热影响不大,基本可以忽略。
The leaking characteristics and wind resistance characteristics of the stepped tooth-honeycomb bushing labyrinth seal structure were numerically simulated, and the variation characteristics of the leakage characteristics and wind resistance characteristics of the stepped teeth with the speed, pressure ratio, throttle gap and honeycomb structure parameters were obtained. The results show that the total temperature rise of wind-induced leakage increases with the increase of rotating speed and honeycomb unit diameter and decreases with the increase of pressure ratio and throttle gap. The honeycomb depth has little effect on wind-induced heat generation, ignore.
