[目的]探讨模糊数学综合评判模型(FSEM)在职业危害防治效果评价中的应用,为以后有针对性地进行职业危害防治提供科学依据和方法学基础。[方法]采用某钢铁企业职业卫生方面的历史资料和现场调查资料,依托课题组前期构建的钢铁企业职业危害防治综合评价指标体系,利用FSEM评价某钢铁企业职业危害防治效果。[结果]该钢铁企业职业危害总体防治效果得分为85.215,一级指标中工人自身情况维度得分为75.370,二级指标中工人基本情况、身体状况和职业危害知信行得分分别为73.190、72.660和74.800。[结论]该钢铁企业职业危害防治的总体效果较好,但最薄弱环节在于工人方面,应有针对性地对这方面进行强化;FSEM在钢铁企业职业危害防治效果评价方面可能具有广泛的应用前景。
[Objective] The purpose was to discuss the application of Fuzzy Mathematics Comprehensive Evaluation Model (FSEM) in the evaluation of occupational hazards prevention and control effect, and provide scientific basis and methodological basis for the targeted prevention and control of occupational hazards in the future. [Methods] Based on the historical data and field survey data of occupational health in a steel enterprise, and based on the comprehensive evaluation index system of occupational hazards prevention and control of the iron and steel enterprises constructed in the previous period, the FSEM was used to evaluate the occupational hazards prevention and control effect of a steel enterprise. [Results] The overall prevention and control effect of occupational hazards of the iron and steel enterprises was 85.215. The first-level indicators of the worker’s own dimensions of the situation were 75.370. The second-level indicators of the workers’ basic conditions, physical condition and occupational hazards were 73.190, 72.660 and 74.800 respectively . [Conclusion] The overall effect of occupational hazards prevention and control of the iron and steel enterprises is better, but the weakest link lies in the aspects of workers, which should be strengthened in a targeted manner. FSEM may have a broad application prospect in the evaluation of the occupational hazards of steel enterprises .
