近来,我们发现某些氨基噻二唑类农药对甲状腺产生较大的影响。为此,根据有关文献建立了一系列大白鼠甲状腺功能状态的测定方法及正常值。动物为Wistar种大鼠白。用GN—104型吸碘功能仪(自行设计的专用准直器)作大白鼠甲状腺吸碘百分率测定(~(125)碘)。然后处死动物,取出甲状腺,称重。计算每毫克甲状腺吸碘百分率。给动物腹腔注入DL—[4,5~3H)亮氨酸后36小时(100微居里/200克),取出甲状腺,称重后,取50毫克作液体闪烁测定,计算出cpm/mg值。血清T_4、T_3、TSH值分别采用国产放射免疫药盒进行测定。这六项指标可以分别反映甲状腺对碘的摄取,甲状腺球蛋白的合成,血中甲状腺激素水平及甲状
