建筑耗能指的是建筑物在建设使用过程中所消耗的资源能量。长期以来,粗放型经济是我国建筑行业的主导经济模式,成本高,耗能高,经济效益低下是粗放型经济的显露弊端。因此,针对我国建筑行业过度消耗能源现状,开展行之有效的节能减排策略,是建筑行业持续生长的必然选择。本文从建筑能耗过大的原因分析,从而引出建筑节能的有效策略措施。 Building energy consumption refers to the resources consumed by the building during construction and use. For a long time, the extensive economy is the dominant economic mode in China’s construction industry. The high cost, high energy consumption and low economic benefit are the disadvantages of extensive economy. Therefore, for the construction industry in our country over consumption of energy status quo, to carry out effective energy-saving emission reduction strategy is the construction industry continued to grow inevitable choice. This article analyzes the causes of excessive building energy consumption, which leads to effective strategies and measures for building energy efficiency.
