本文将吲哚花青绿(ICG)用于大鼠移植性肝癌的PDT治疗,通过组织病理学检查及图象分析仪测量肝组织光敏损伤量,发现PDT治疗前给予ICG的实验组光敏坏死量较不给ICG的对照组有明显减少,存活的肿瘤面积无明显差异。说明ICG在PDT治疗中对正常肝细胞有一定的选择性保护作用,而不影响对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用。观察到ICG对照射表层和靠近中心部的正常肝细胞保护作用不明显;对氩离子激光照射组的保护作用不及对630nm染料激光照射组明显。认为ICG的保护作用受其所在正常肝细胞内含量的限制和光能量分布的影响。
In this study, indocyanine green (ICG) was used for PDT treatment of transplanted liver cancer in rats. The histopathological examination and image analyzer were used to measure the amount of photodamage in liver tissue. It was found that the amount of photonecrosis in the experimental group given ICG before PDT treatment The control group that did not give ICG was significantly reduced, and there was no significant difference in the area of tumors that survived. This shows that ICG has a selective protective effect on normal hepatocytes in PDT treatment without affecting the killing effect on tumor cells. It was observed that the protective effect of ICG on the normal hepatocytes exposed to the surface layer and near the center was not obvious; the protective effect on the argon ion laser irradiation group was not as pronounced on the 630 nm dye laser irradiation group. It is believed that the protective effect of ICG is affected by the content of normal liver cells and the distribution of light energy.
