泡桐丛枝病是我国重要的林木病害。病原可通过嫁接传染和昆虫介体传染,将泡桐丛枝病病枝作超薄切片,电镜观察,发现病株的新梢和叶柄的皮部组织中存在大量的类菌原体。但是泡桐丛枝病与其它植物类菌原体病一样,病原物至今未能分离培养成功,病原的研究尚在电镜研究阶段。为了进一步研究泡桐丛枝病病原类菌原体的性质,我们采用抽提的方法获得数量较多,纯度较好的泡桐丛枝病的病原类菌原体,并用病原抽提物制备成功泡桐丛枝病的抗血清。
