用透析及分级沉淀等技术从猪脾同时制得了转移因子(TF)和淋巴细胞抑制因子(LIF)。在实验浓度5μg/ml,50μg/ml,100μg/ml下,LIF对植物血凝素(PHA)诱导的人外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)转化具有抑制作用。其主要组成为多肽及微量核酸类物质,SDS聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和等电聚焦电泳证明它是不均一的。
Transfer factor (TF) and lymphocyte inhibitory factor (LIF) were prepared from porcine spleen by dialysis and graded precipitation. LIF had an inhibitory effect on PHA-induced transformation of human peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBLs) at experimental concentrations of 5 μg / ml, 50 μg / ml, and 100 μg / ml. Its main components of peptides and trace nucleic acids, SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and isoelectric focusing electrophoresis proved it is not uniform.
