当前在许多普通中学里,特别是私立学校里,出现学生厌学,大批学生掉队的现象。怎样把这些后进生的积极性调动起来,使他们掌握所学的基本内容以及如何成长为一名合格的高中生是广大师生十分关住和急待解决的问题。我校位于浙江省诸暨市,随着改革开放形势的发展,招收的学生中独生子女增多,由于家庭和周围环境的影响,这些学生求知欲不强,多数想混个毕业证找工作,所以厌学,掉队现象尤为严重。2012年8月,我接手一个平行班语文教学工作,语文成绩没有及格率。 At present, in many ordinary secondary schools, especially in private schools, students are tired of learning and a large number of students are left behind.
