目的建立自来水中莠去津的固相萃取-高效液相色谱(SPE-HPLC)测定方法。方法自来水中的莠去津经固相萃取富集净化后用高效液相色谱法测定。结果莠去津在0.05~5.00 mg/L范围内相关系数为0.999 99,检出限为0.05mg/L,最低检出浓度为0.000 5 mg/L(以100 ml水样计)。纯水中低、中、高3个浓度的平均加标回收率为96.0%、97.8%和98.8%,RSD为4.5%、1.2%和0.5%;自来水中低、中、高3个浓度的平均加标回收率为92.6%、95.4%和98.9%,RSD为5.3%、2.4%和1.7%。结论该方法准确可靠,完全适用于自来水中莠去津的检测和监测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of atrazine in tap water by solid-phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography (SPE-HPLC). Methods Atrazine in tap water was purified by solid phase extraction and purified by high performance liquid chromatography. Results The correlation coefficient of atrazine in the range of 0.05-5.00 mg / L was 0.999 99 with the detection limit of 0.05 mg / L and the lowest detectable concentration of 0.000 5 mg / L in 100 ml water samples. The average recoveries of the three concentrations of low, middle and high concentrations in pure water were 96.0%, 97.8% and 98.8% with RSDs of 4.5%, 1.2% and 0.5% The spiked recoveries were 92.6%, 95.4% and 98.9% with RSDs of 5.3%, 2.4% and 1.7%, respectively. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable and is suitable for the detection and monitoring of atrazine in tap water.
