在 p H 8 .9的氨性缓冲溶液中 ,锗钼杂多酸在示波极谱上 ,于 - 1 .0 5 V (vs.SCE)产生灵敏的吸附波。导数波高与锗浓度在 6.9× 1 0 -8~ 5.5× 1 0 -5 mo1 /L范围内有好的线性关系 ,检出限为 3.5× 1 0 -8mo1 /L。用本法测定了中药枸杞中的锗 ,得到满意的结果
In the ammonia buffer solution of p H 8 .9, the germanium molybdenum heteropolyacid produces a sensitive adsorption wave at -1.05 V (vs.SCE) on the oscillopolarography. The derivative wave height has a good linear relationship with germanium concentration in the range of 6.9 × 10 -8 ~ 5.5 × 10 -5 mol / L with a detection limit of 3.5 × 10 -8 mol / L. By this method, the germanium in Chinese medicine wolfberry was determined, and satisfactory results were obtained
