目的:以实时荧光定量RTPCR技术研究BPH与Pca组织标本中AR(Androgenreceptor)的表达,探讨AR在前列腺癌特异性诊断的意义。方法:用免疫组化和RTPCR技术对23例PCa、37例BPH及3例正常前列腺组织AR的表达检测,比较其在3种组织定量的差异。结果:BPH与PCa组织AR的定量表达值分别为(3.85±0.72)与(1.58±0.22),差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:实时荧光RTPCR定量检测AR为前列腺癌的诊断、治疗、预后监测等提供了更为可靠的辅助指标。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of AR (Androgen receptor) in BPH and Pca tissues by real-time fluorescent quantitative RTPCR and to explore the significance of AR in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods: The expressions of AR in 23 cases of PCa, 37 cases of BPH and 3 cases of normal prostatic tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry and RTPCR. The quantitative differences of AR in three kinds of tissues were compared. Results: The quantitative expression values of AR in BPH and PCa tissues were (3.85 ± 0.72) and (1.58 ± 0.22) respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The real-time fluorescent RTPCR quantitative detection of AR provides a more reliable auxiliary index for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis monitoring of prostate cancer.
