一提起练操,人们的第一个反应就是健美,尤其是那些追求形体美的女士们。不过,现在美国最流行的一种理论却是“体育锻炼最健脑”。这一理论对神经机能病患者不愧为一种福音,英国不少神经病院都一改过去立要依靠镇静药特对付患者的作法,而普遍实施体育锻炼治疗法,取得了显著的效果。“体育锻炼最健脑”的理论起源于本世纪90年代,研究者曾让31名从未锻炼过的妇女进行健美操训练,每周三次,坚持三年。结果这组妇女除了形体美外,反应力、决策力、情绪的自我调节力等这些最能体现头脑发达的方面都有明显增强。实践证明体育锻炼最能促进人脑神经传递和思维敏捷。
