目的总结变异性心绞痛的临床护理体会。方法回顾分析我院2012年1月~2015年1月收治的32例变异性心绞痛患者的临床病历资料，对其进行心理护理、围手术期健康教育，病情观察及制定个性化的口服药物健康教育方案，积极改善患者预后。结果本组中冠脉造影示冠状动脉正常8例，冠状动脉狭窄≤50豫者20例，冠状动脉狭窄>70豫者4例，植入支架一枚，冠状动脉CTA检查示冠状动脉正常1例，经过精心护理，33例患者治疗有效。结论加强心理护理、围手术期健康教育，病情观察，以及让患者及家属共同参与，制定个性化的口服药物健康教育方案对改善变异性心绞痛患者预后有很大的帮助。“,”Objective To summarize the nursing care of variant angina.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in January 2012~The clinical medical records of January 2015 were treated 32 cases of variant angina patients,their psychological care,perioperative health education,disease observation and the development of personalized health education of oral drugs program,and actively improve the prognosis.Results The coronary angiography showed normal coronary arteries in 8 cases,coronary artery stenosis≤50%in 20 cases,coronary artery stenosis>70%in 4 cases,a stent,coronary CTA examination revealed normal coronary arteries 1 case ef ective,after intensive care,33 patients treated.Conclusion Strengthen psychological care, health education in perioperative period, observation of the disease, and the participation of patients and their families, the development of personalized medicine health education program to improve the prognosis of patients with variant angina is a great help.
