以‘圣诞红’草莓为试材,对32孔穴盘苗、塑料槽苗、营养钵苗和网槽苗4种不同容器苗的植株性状和根系活力进行研究。初步结果表明:4种容器苗的叶片数、根颈粗和初生根数量无显著差异;塑料槽苗株高较小,与32孔穴盘苗、营养钵苗、网槽苗之间存在极显著差异;网槽苗的根长和叶绿素相对含量(SPAD值)最低,与其他3种容器苗存在显著差异;网槽苗的根冠鲜重比最高,与塑料槽苗、营养钵苗之间存在显著差异;网槽苗的根系活力最高,与其他3种容器苗存在极显著差异。
Using ’Christmas Red’ strawberry as test material, the plant traits and root activity of four different container seedlings of 32-hole hole seedlings, plastic seedling seedlings, nutrient seedlings seedlings and seedling seedlings were studied. The preliminary results showed that there was no significant difference in leaf number, root girth and number of primary roots among the four container seedlings. The plant height of the plastic trough was smaller, which was significantly different from that of the 32-hole seedlings, . The root and shoot fresh weight ratio of the seedlings was the highest, and there was significant difference between plastic seedlings and plastic seedlings The root activity of net seedlings was the highest, which was significantly different from the other three kinds of container seedlings.
