本文利用气相色谱法对方形黄鼠蚤四个亚种雌雄成虫的单糖组分进行了测定。结果显示四个亚种在单糖的组分和百分含量上具有一定差别,其中雌虫在15个组分上有区别,雄虫在18个组分上有区别。此外,雌虫在组分24和26的含量上,四个亚种之间均具有显著性差异;雄虫在组分5的含量上,四个亚种之间均具有显著性差异。雌虫中有25个组分是四个亚种所共有的,其中包括14个含量较高的主要组分,雄虫中有21个组分是四个亚种所共有的,其中包括11个含量较高的主要组分。本研究证实了四个亚种的存在,同时也说明气相色谱法在蚤类亚种分类上具有一定应用价值。
In this paper, the monosaccharide composition of the four subspecies adult and male adults of T. gonorrhoeae was determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that there were some differences among the four subspecies in the composition and percentage of monosaccharides, among which the females differed in 15 components and the male insects were different in 18 components. In addition, the females had significant differences in the content of components 24 and 26 between the four subspecies; the content of component 5 in the male was significantly different between the four subspecies. Twenty-five members of the female were common to four subspecies, including 14 major ones, 21 of which were common to four subspecies, including 11 High content of the main components. This study confirmed the existence of four subspecies, but also shows that gas chromatography has a certain value in the classification of fleas subspecies.
