目的探讨原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者服用富马酸比索洛尔后其糖代谢变化情况。方法选取我院收治的84例原发性高血压合并糖尿病患者,随机将其分成对照组(服用卡托普利)及比索洛尔组各42例。对照组患者给予卡托普利75mg/d口服,比索洛尔组给予5mg/d口服,两组药物起始量均为半量,待治疗1月能耐受后给予足量治疗。记录治疗2月后各组患者的空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)及血压指标。结果经过2月治疗后两组患者FPG、2hPG、HbA1c及血压指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论比索洛尔用于高血压合并糖尿病的治疗时对患者糖代谢无明显不良作用。
Objective To investigate the changes of glucose metabolism in patients with essential hypertension complicated with diabetes after taking bisoprolol fumarate. Methods Eighty-four patients with primary hypertension and diabetes admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into control group (taking captopril) and bisoprolol group (42 cases each). Patients in the control group were given captopril 75mg / d orally, and bisoprolol group 5mg / d orally. The starting doses of both drugs were both half of the dose, and enough to be given after treatment was tolerated in January. The fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), HbA1c and blood pressure were recorded after 2 months of treatment. Results After 2 months of treatment, there was no significant difference in FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c and blood pressure between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Bisoprolol has no adverse effect on glycometabolism in patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus.
