随着我国素质教育不断深入发展,培养青少年学生的创新精神和实践能力已成为学校教育的当务之急。为适应这一形势要求,加快基础教育课程模式改革,实现国家课程由原来单一的国家课程模式走向国家、地方和学校三级课程模式的发展,已逐渐为社会各界所共识。开发校本课程是基础教育改革的一件新生事物,它在培养学生的创新素质和实践能力方面发挥着不可替代的作用。校本课程无论是在开发的思想观念上,还是在课程开发的内容、实施方式和开发的参与者方面,都具有很强的创新性,是随着新时代的发展和社会的需求应运而生的。
With the continuous development of quality education in our country, it has become a top priority for school education to cultivate the innovative spirit and practical ability of young students. In order to meet the requirements of this situation, the reform of the basic education curriculum model has been accelerated and the development of the national curriculum from the single national curriculum model to the three-level curriculum model at the national, local and school levels has gradually been realized for all sectors of society. The development of school-based curriculum is a new thing in basic education reform, which plays an irreplaceable role in cultivating students’ innovative quality and practical ability. The school-based curriculum is highly innovative both in the development of ideas and concepts, in the content of curriculum development, implementation and development of participants, as the new era of development and the needs of society came into being .
