THz波与介质之间的相互作用及其在介质中的传输特性是THz技术研究领域内的基础问题,是THz辐射探测、成像及无损探测等系统设计的重要依据。针对介质中THz波传输问题,从电磁传输理论出发,同时结合国内外相关文献中的实验结果报道,利用系统分析的思想,分别构建了THz波在均匀介质和理想缺陷介质中的传输模型,并给出了相应的系统传输函数,最后结合仿真实验,对上述传输模型的有效性与合理性进行了验证和分析。仿真结果符合基本的物理规律,且与实际观测现象具有较好的一致性,因此所做工作及结论,对于深化THz波与介质相互作用及传输机理的认识均具有一定的借鉴意义。
The interaction between THz waves and the medium and its transmission characteristics in the medium are the basic problems in the field of THz technology and are the important basis for the design of THz radiation detection, imaging and nondestructive detection systems. Aiming at the problem of THz wave propagation in the medium, this paper starts with the theory of electromagnetic transmission and reports the experimental results in domestic and foreign literatures. Based on the idea of system analysis, the transmission model of THz wave in homogeneous medium and ideal imperfect medium is established respectively. The corresponding system transfer function is given. At last, the validity and rationality of the above transfer model are verified and analyzed with the simulation experiment. The simulation results are in accordance with the basic laws of physics and are in good agreement with the observed phenomena. Therefore, the work and conclusions are of great value in deepening the understanding of the interaction and transmission mechanism of THz waves.
