研究了研磨液中氨三乙酸、柠檬酸和磷酸盐的离子色谱-抑制电导测定方法。采用Ion Pac AS11(4 mm×250 mm)分析柱以及相应的保护柱Ion Pac AG11(4 mm×50 mm),以20 mmol/L Na OH:H2O梯度洗脱,流速1.00 m L/min,进样量25μL。氨三乙酸、柠檬酸和磷酸盐质量浓度与其峰面积具有良好的线性和重复性,相关系数均不低于0.999,其检出限分别为0.02,0.02和0.05 mg/L。方法适用于研磨液中氨三乙酸、柠檬酸和磷酸盐含量的测定。
The ion chromatography-suppressed conductivity determination method of nitrilotriacetic acid, citric acid and phosphate in slurry was studied. Ion Pac AS11 (4 mm × 250 mm) analytical column and the corresponding guard column Ion Pac AG11 (4 mm × 50 mm) were used and eluted with a gradient of 20 mmol / L NaOH: H2O at a flow rate of 1.00 m L / min The sample volume is 25 μL.
