妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)是指妊娠期发生或首次发现的不同程度的糖代谢异常[1]。妊娠期糖尿病系高危妊娠,占妊娠合并糖尿病的80%～90%,它严重危害母儿的健康。据报道,国内目前GDM的发生率为1.32%～3.75%[2]。现对我院收治的96例GDM孕妇治疗后的妊娠结局及新生儿的情况进行临床观察分析,总结报告如下。
Gestational diabetes (Gestational diabetes mellitus, GDM) refers to the occurrence of pregnancy or first found in varying degrees of abnormal glucose metabolism [1]. Gestational diabetes high-risk pregnancy, accounting for 80% to 90% of pregnancy with diabetes, which seriously endanger the health of mothers and children. It is reported that the current incidence of GDM in China is 1.32% ~ 3.75% [2]. Now in our hospital treated 96 cases of GDM pregnant women after treatment of pregnancy outcomes and neonatal clinical observation and analysis, the summary report is as follows.
