人民胜利渠是建国后在黄河下游兴建的第一个大型引黄灌区,泥沙处理问题一直困扰了人民胜利渠几十年。在引黄灌溉实践中,人民胜利渠采取多种措施处理泥沙,使灌区泥沙问题得到了较好的解决,并总结出泥沙处理方面的一些经验教训。 People’s victory channel was the first large-scale irrigation area to be built in the lower Yellow River after the founding of the People’s Republic of China. The problem of sediment disposal has plagued the people for many years. In the Yellow River irrigation practice, the People’s Victory Canal took various measures to deal with the sediment so that the sediment problem in the irrigation area was well solved, and some experiences and lessons learned from sediment disposal were summarized.
