当今社会,教师早已不是迂腐的教书匠,学生也早不再是被动塞饱的鸭子。照本宣科死气沉沉以及早已被时代淘汰。尤其是在高职教育中,高校教师面对的是英气勃发、思维活跃、见地独特的高校学子。在高职的课堂上,教师尤应采取更为恰切的教学方式。本文仅仅讨论对话型教学的实践。包括两大方面:对话型教学的前提保障以及对话型教学的出发点和归宿。笔者一直践行对话型教学,希望与同仁们有一定的共鸣。
In today’s society, teachers are no longer pedantic teaching book, and students are no longer passively saturated ducks. According to the desalination of propaganda and has long been eliminated by the times. Especially in higher vocational education, college teachers are faced with the British students, active thinking, see the unique college students. In higher vocational education, teachers should adopt a more appropriate teaching method. This article only discusses the practice of dialogue teaching. Including two major aspects: the premise of dialogue-based teaching as well as the protection of dialogue-based teaching starting point and destination. The author has always practiced dialogue teaching and hopes to have some sympathy with his colleagues.
